As a certified fitness trainer & nutritionist, I provide professional personal fitness training, weight loss programs, nutrition consultations, and healthy grocery shopping/private chef services for men & women of all ages ... Whether you'd like to lose weight, firm up, get stronger, eat to live instead of live to eat, get totally ripped -- or simply have more energy, I'm your go-to trainer!

Some Options for Your Personalized Training Program Include:
• One-on-One Fitness Training and Education - at your home, my gym or where ever works for us both.
• Private Nutritional Guidance and Nutrition 411 - in person, phone, email etc.
• Weight Resistance Training, Body Sculpting and/or Body-Weight Exercise Routines - NO cardio. Not with me anyway.
• Ongoing Fitness Evaluations - included with all personal training services.
• "Power Shopping"  - personal grocery shopping at YOUR favorite store, "How to read labels" advice, guidance, etc.)

• Private Chef Services  - just because I'm vegan doesn't mean you must be. I respect people's food choices. I also aim to improve them by preparing healthy delicious food in a wide variety of cuisines. Did I mention I'm the champion of 7 national cooking competitions?

Unlike many trainers, I won't recommend 'more cardio & dieting' because in 15 years of helping clients transform their bodies, the REAL RESULTS have always come from strength training + solid nutrition. Fat loss is systemic - not localized - and there's no such thing as 'spot reduction' much less any way to achieve the body you want and deserve by repeatedly doing the same things while expecting new results.

 

Meanwhile, proper strength training works your entire body and creates a metabolic environment that’s conducive to fat loss while inducing the "cardio effect." (And you, me + your nutrition take care of the rest). Since I also believe fitness should be fun & deprivation leads to disaster, you'll be one fit and happy chappy when you train with me  ...
